The modern Dresco Blitz valve fits in the same inner tube and rim as a Dunlop valve

The Blitz valve does not have a valve hose but a small ball that is pressed down by the air pressure during inflation, freeing the opening

When in use, the excess pressure from the tire causes the ball to shoot upwards, where it keeps the air opening closed

Less pressure is required to inflate an inner tube with a Blitz valve than with a Dunlop valve

The Blitz valves are supplied in sets of four.
