Designed for domestic use, this device from the FAIS brand incorporates an armored resistance, also called an immersion heater, directly immersed in the tank.

This design ensures optimal heat transfer, allowing the stored volume of water to be quickly heated.

Its 80 liter capacity makes it ideal for medium-sized households, providing sufficient supply for daily needs.

Performance and energy efficiency The immersion heater heating system is distinguished by its superior efficiency compared to instantaneous water heaters.

By immersing the resistance directly in the water, the boiler maximizes the heat exchange surface, which results in a faster rise in temperature and optimized energy consumption.

The power of 1200 W contributes to constant performance, while the energy class C indicates controlled consumption for a device in this category.

The heating time of 232 minutes for a capacity of 80 liters guarantees availability of hot water.

Advice for use and maintenance To guarantee the proper functioning and longevity of your water heater, it is recommended to set the thermostat to 60°C.

Too low a temperature can encourage the development of bacteria, while excessive temperature risks causing burns and accelerating the formation of limescale.

It is important to note that this type of boiler is less suitable for very hard water, because the accumulation of scale on the resistance can lead to a breakdown.

The safety group, essential for regulating the pressure and avoiding overpressure, is sold separately and must be installed to ensure the safety of the installation.

Technical characteristics and dimensions This FAIS boiler model has an enameled tank, guaranteeing durability and resistance to corrosion.

Its compact dimensions, with a width of 47 cm and a depth of 48.5 cm, facilitate its integration into various spaces.

The supply voltage is 230 V, compatible with most domestic electrical installations.

The careful design and 80 liter capacity make this water heater a wise choice for reliable and economical thermal comfort.

Advantages of a storage system Electric storage boilers, like this FAIS model, offer the advantage of being able to heat water during off-peak hours, when the cost of electricity is generally lower.

This heating strategy saves money on your energy bill.

In addition, the submerged resistance system ensures increased energy efficiency, as the heat is directly transmitted to the water without intermediate losses.

The use of immersion heater technology guarantees a rapid rise in temperature of the entire volume of water contained in the tank.
