Why choose a FAIS immersion heater boiler? The FAIS boiler is a heating system for domestic drinking water.

It works via a so-called shielded or submerged resistance.

It is equipped with an immersion heater.

This heating system is not recommended if your water is very hard.

The immersion heater risks breakdown if a deposit of scale forms.

The safety group responsible for preventing any overpressure is not supplied with the boiler.

Tank boiler systems are more economical since they heat stored water during times when electricity is generally cheaper.

The efficiency is also better than an instantaneous water heater since the heating device is directly immersed in the water.

What does the immersion heater process consist of? A boiler equipped with an immersion heater will heat the water in the tank.

This is also called armor resistance.

It acts by electrolysis and very quickly brings the liquid to the ideal temperature.

This type of process plays with the conductivity of the metal walls of the tank in order to quickly heat the entire volume.

Program the correct heating temperature on your boiler You must ensure that the heating temperature is neither too cold nor too hot.

It is recommended to set the thermostat to 60°.

Too hot: you risk burning yourself when the water comes out of the tap.

Limescale will also build up more quickly; Too cold: the development of bacteria in the tank risks accelerating.

What is the security group sold separately used for? A safety group is essential for the proper functioning of your FAIS brand immersion heater.

This plumbing device has several uses: Maintain the pressure below 7 bars in your electric water heater.

Avoid overpressure; Block the cold water supply and allow the tank to be drained; Prevent hot water from flowing back into cold water during boiler operation.
