Levis Insulating Primer is a water-dilutable primer for interior walls and ceilings. Suitable for plaster, plasterboard, fiberglass fabric and old or repaired base layers in good condition. This primer prevents gloss differences in the final layers and ensures even coverage by isolating absorption differences.
