Cat grass helps your cat to vomit

Cats are carnivores and the digestive system is not designed to digest food of plant origin

Grass helps your cat get rid of indigestible parts such as bones and hairballs

Hairballs are caused by swallowed hairs becoming matted in the digestive system

If the hairball is not yet in the intestines, it can be vomited.
