At Brico Harput you choose how to receive your order: fast pickup at our Sint-Jansplein store, or home delivery where the assortment allows. This page covers delivery and pickup — separate from the statutory right of withdrawal (see Right of Withdrawal & Returns).

1. Click & Collect

Collect your order in store: Sint-Jansplein 31-32, 2060 Antwerpen, België. After confirmation (online payment or cash at pickup) we prepare your order. You are notified when it is ready.

Click & Collect is free. Bring a purchase proof or order number. Opening hours are on the contact page.

2. Home delivery (standard parcel)

For standard items we offer home delivery in Belgium, unless marked “Pickup only”. Indicative lead time: 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Standard shipping: €4.99 (incl. VAT). Free shipping from €50 of standard parcel merchandise — pallet / bulky lines do not count toward that threshold.

3. Pallet / curb delivery

Large boards and other pallet goods can be delivered to the curb for a flat €49 (incl. VAT). Free parcel shipping does not apply. Free Click & Collect remains available.

4. Pickup only / heavy items

Some items (heavy building materials, large paint volumes, cement/mortar, etc.) are Click & Collect only. In a mixed cart, standard lines ship and pickup-only lines are prepared in store.

5. Not home / damage

Ensure someone is present or a safe drop-off per the carrier. Check packaging on arrival. Report visible damage promptly via Email or in store, with photos and your order number.
